Privacy Policy

RIGGEDUP d.o.o. ("we", "us") runs this website and is responsible for your personal data. Contact: info@riggedup.eu. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it and how you can control it.

Effective Date: October 18, 2026

1. Information you give us

When you apply for a training through the signup form, we collect:

• Individual application: your full name and email address.
• Company application: the company name, the company email and the names of the applicants.
• The training date you picked.

We use this to confirm your email address, manage your booking and contact you about it. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

2. How an application is processed

• After you submit the form, we email you a confirmation link. Until you click it, the application is held temporarily and is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• Once you confirm, the application is saved and our staff are notified by email (name, email, training date and application type).
• When we approve or reject the application, we email you the outcome.
• To prevent abuse, the form contains a hidden anti-bot field and a time check, and submissions are limited to 5 per 10 minutes per IP address. The IP address is used only for this limit and is not part of your application record.

3. Cookies and similar storage

The site stores the following in your browser.

Always (no consent needed)

• ru_consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice.
• referralCampaign (local storage and first-party cookie, 90 days): if you arrive from one of our ads or links with a campaign label (utm_content), or on a campaign page, we remember that label so we can attribute an application to the campaign. It is not linked to a visitor ID and is not sent to third parties on its own. It is saved with your application if you apply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising.
• Staff who log in to the administration area receive a session cookie. Visitors do not.

Only if you click "Accept all cookies" (consent)

• Google Analytics 4 cookies: _ga and _ga_G-4MP6GVRL8E (about 13 months), set for the riggedup.eu domain.
• gclid (local storage and first-party cookie, 90 days): the Google Ads click ID, if you arrived from a Google ad.

If you choose "Essential only", Google's tracking script is not loaded at all and nothing is sent to Google from your browser. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of any other page. This page has no cookie banner and no analytics, so the link is not shown here. Withdrawing consent reloads the page, stops tracking and removes the stored gclid. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Analytics and ad measurement (with consent)

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) records page views, how far you scroll, whether you read an article to the end, clicks on buttons, menus, phone and email links, FAQ questions and social icons, the steps of the signup form (viewed, started, type changed, submitted, errors and which fields had errors), and 404 pages. This data is tied to a random ID in the _ga cookie, not to your name. Google may receive your IP address and device and browser information. We allow Google analytics and ad measurement, but never ad personalisation, so we do not use your data for remarketing. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

If you gave consent and then apply, your Google Analytics client ID and session ID, the campaign label and the Google Ads click ID are saved with your application.

5. Conversion measurement

When we approve an application, our server reports a conversion to Google:

• Google Analytics 4: a transaction ID, the course price (net, in EUR) and your Google Analytics client ID. This is sent only if you consented when you applied.
• Google Ads: the same transaction ID and value, the click ID (if you came via a Google ad) and a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address. Google can match the hash against hashed email addresses of its own users to attribute the conversion to an ad click. A hashed email address is still personal data. This is sent only if you consented when you applied. If you chose "Essential only", nothing is sent to Google Ads.

6. Error monitoring

We use Sentry (servers in the EU) to detect technical errors and slow pages, both in the website and in our backend. Reports contain technical details such as the page, the browser and the error. We have switched off collection of user information, IP addresses, request contents and identifying headers and cookies. This does not depend on your cookie choice. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working.

7. Who receives your data

• Google (Analytics and Ads), as described above.
• Sentry, for error reports.
• Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf to run the site and send email.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose it if required by law. The site does not load fonts, maps or videos from third parties. The virtual tour and the social media icons are plain links; those sites have their own privacy policies.

8. How long we keep your data

Unconfirmed applications are deleted after 24 hours. Confirmed applications are kept until we delete them, and we delete them on request. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings. Cookies and local storage expire as stated above.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it or restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@riggedup.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

10. Changes to this policy

We update this page when the site or the way we process data changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.
